May , 31 , 2008 will be 5 years missing our son ,
Daniel J Matthews .
5 Years with no justice !
5 years where Florida State employee's plus a child walk free .
For as in many other cases . None shall be found guilty when
a child is abused , harmed or dies while in State care .
For the very agencies that profess love for a child .
That cliam too know better , to love better then the parents
or family's .
Are the very people to walk free when they harm a child.
5 years waiting for a goverment to put a children above them self ,
5 years waiting to see children mean more then a persons job !
But why should many when they can legaly harm and kill children ?
Though not all except , by denying what they see is
no better then those that commit the crimes !
Danny needed help , Danny asked for help !
Danny did not run the streets commiting crimes .
Danny was a young man with a heart of gold for all
around him . Danny had two jobs was to start his third
at age seventeen , how many adults can cliam this at there age ?
He suffered in pian every day of his life , both physicaly and
emotionaly for others .
Our crime was asking for help !
Dannys was believing if he trusted and talked to officers
he would get help !
For that Danny is gone forever !
NO ONE can give us Danny Our baby back !
But you All can help to save a child , All can open
your Hearts and Eyes to see CHILDREN
mean more then us !
All can REMEMBER the children lost !
Help fight the wrongs with in the Goverment that Protects
instutionalized child abuse and deaths .
REMEMBER!!

There is no federal or state agency, that we know of, that tracks the number of deaths of youth in residential treatment facilities, boot camps, wilderness programs, behavior modification programs, etc., nor is there any federal or state agency that tracks the number of deaths of youth after they leave such programs. Every effort has been made to ensure accuracy.
Legislation passed in 2000 by Congress (Children's Health Act 2000) that requires treatment facilities who receive federal funds to report deaths caused by restraints and seclusion procedures within 24 hours after the child has been removed from restraint or seclusion or when it is reasonable to assume the death is a result of the restraint or seclusion.
