people, good freinds in quiet well lit bars, all things funny and true, candles and joints, the theatre, the movies, the books, the writing, a little guitar, cooking, juggling, stilt walking, fire eating, a pack of smokes and the open road a different job every month

The only shows I plan to watch are; 6th season of 24, and SURVIVOR, I like YOU BET YOUR ASS instead of JEOPARDY, ...and the KING OF QUEENS is better then RAYNOND. DISCOVERY CHANNEL is great when your wrecked at 3am, FOOD NETWORK is great when your stoned, I'm ashamed to admit it, but I'm enjoying this season of AMERICAN IDOL, and I wish I'd got into PRISON BREAK, but I never did. I'd like to pretend I watch it.
Books that changed my life; THE DARK TOWER 7 book series by Steven King, HALF ASLEEP IN FROG PAJAMAS and JITTERBUG PERFUME by Tom Robbins, ON THE ROAD by Jack Kerouac, TEACHING OF DON JUAN and TALES OF POWER by Carlos Castenedea,Reading right now: DECEPTION POINT by Dan Brown. Good one, fast paced and intense. Will be a good movie in a couple of years.
I'm writing an essay on heroes right now for a class, so this question is not as easy to answer anymore. Whats the difference between a hero and a role model? How many people must a hero effect? Do we use the hero term to loosly? If we call everone a hero then the word loses its term. Where is the line between doing your job and being a hero? Is a cop a hero just because he's a cop? Can you call the thousands of victim of 9/11 heroes? What about the firefighters that ran in to the buildings? Is a TTC driver a hero for not running over a kid with the streetcar? Jesus.
