About Me

My Interests

Things that make me happy AND laugh and the people that can bring happiness into my life. test

I'd like to meet:

People that make me happy. People that CAN and DO read. People that have something to share or say but not people that just talk to talk. Funny people definitely make Life more tolerable.

Music:

I mainly like (somewhat) older music. Lots (but NOT all) of the newer music out there really pisses me off.

Movies:

But I also liked Addam's Family & Values, The Nightmare Before Christmas, Harold and Maud, Nosferatu, "M", Metropolis, Zardoz, The Shining, Monty Python and the Holy Grail, and many many others. ..

Television:

I don't think I've watched anything episodic in a LONG time. Angel is OK, but I miss epic shows like The Twilight Zone. I like South Park, but haven't seen it in quite a while.

Books:

I'm probably the LEAST well read English Major in history, but that's because I am EXTREMELY selective. Lovecraft AND Poe are my favorite authors.

Heroes:

The God Hor.

Anyone else have a dream about a Tsunami?

Because I did and it woke me up at 1:59 AM.  It broke the shoreline in three "waves" but the third came from a totally different direction than the first two.  Logical analysis ...

How much worse will this get?

The bridge collapse 4 hours ago in Minnesota is terrible.  I have yet to see any news commentary regarding the fact that almost every single individual photo of the structural and ve...

It's 2:42 AM

I see that exact time ALL the time.  Even more so than 11:11 (whether AM or PM).  It's bad enough having insomnia, it's worse when you're trying to sleep and it's 85 degrees in ...

TRANSFORMERS!

Have you seen it yet?  If not, there had better be a damn good reason... like, you're dead.  I give it about an 8.5-9.0 on the rad scale.  The only thing it could have...

Lewis "Scooter" Libby gets commuted.

Well, I'm AMAZED by that actually.  Usually, they just kill or 'suicide' patsies. I didn't really want to see Scooter penalized anyway because, let's face it, Cheney is the one they ...

Reposted from my bulletin.

STAR WARS is 30!!!

A movie that literally changed various aspects of the world we live in.  Some would argue that it's dated, but I would argue that it's still one of the coolest (please note that I do...

Heaven's Gate: Ten Years Later.
