DJ Peyton Waynz ( P DUB )

Peyton Wetzel grew up in the prominent city of Houston, Tx. In the late 80's, at the young age of 15, P DUB a.k.a (Dj Peyton Waynz), began going to some of the hottest clubs in Houston. From Riches to the after hours club S.O.M.E., this is where P DUB found his love for dance music. It was not until the mid 90&s when a good friend of his left 2 Technics turntables and a pile of vinyls at his house did P DUB realize he had the talent and the true passion two mix music and his own beats. He has traveled all over the world and has been to some of the best clubs, (Fabric London, Crobar Miami, Limelight New York, to name a couple). Then P DUB did something no one expected! In 1998, He put his DJ career on hold for a few years to move to Dallas to attend film school, a performance college for acting which he had been actively involved in for over 18 years including high school and 7 years of college prior to moving to Dallas. He has completed a ton of films, including Renny Harlins- Cleaner with Samuel Jackson, Ed Harris, and Eva Mendez. Also just completed and sold Closet Space in Germany which He stared in with other actors, which is Dir. by Mel House and is also being looked at in other countries as well. Just completed The Flesh Keeper which is Dir.by Gerald Nott out of L.A. (Nott Entertainment), which is being looked at by Anchor Bay and Lions-Gate. Also just completed Sweatshop, Dir. by Stacy Davidson which is getting tons of press and the movie is just sickly good. Peyton has also completed Regional and National commercials. He has also just signed on to do his next feature film called Walking Distance which will be Dir. by Mel House. God you just got to love these guys!!P DUB is also working on producing a new hybrid he calls FUNKY- BREAK-HOP-HOUSE, where he takes funk, break beat, hip-hop and house and mixes them together in a sublime fusion.
