Peyton Wetzel grew up in the prominent city of Houston, Tx. In the late 80's, at the young age of 15, DJ Peyton Waynz began going to some of the hottest clubs in Houston. From Riches to the after hours club S.O.M.E., this is where Peyton found his love for dance music. It was not until the mid 90's when a good friend of his left 2 Technic turntables and a pile of vinyls at his house did Peyton realized he had the talent and the true passion two mix music and his own beats. He has traveled all over the world and has been to some of the best clubs, (Fabric London, Crobar Miami, Limelight New York, to name a couple). Then Peyton did something no one expected! In 1998, DJ Peyton Waynz put his DJ career on hold for a few years to move to Dallas to attend film school, a performance college for acting which he had been actively involved in for over 18 years including high school and 7 years of college prior to moving to Dallas. He has completed a ton of films, including Renny Harlin's Cleaner with Samuel Jackson, Ed Harris, and Eva Mendez. He has also just completed Closet Space which Mel House the Dir. sold Germany which Peyton (DJ Peyton Waynz) stars in along with other staring actors, and is also being looked at in other countries as well. Just completed The Flesh Keeper which is Dir. by Gerald Nott out of L.A.(Nott Entertainment), which is being looked at by Anchor Bay and LionsGate. Also just completed Sweatshop, Dir. by Stacy Davidson which is getting tons of press and the movie is just sickly good. Peyton has also completed Regional and National commercials. He has also just signed on to do his next feature film called Walking Distance which will be Dir. by Mel House.DJ Peyton Waynz is also combining his two business Break The House Promotions/Soulfire Productions, to bring you the best party in TX.DJ Peyton Waynz, is also working on producing a new hybrid he calls FUNKY-BREAK-EHOP-ELECTRO-HOUSE, in other words Break-Hop-House where he takes funky break beats, hip-hop, and electro house and mixes them together in a sublime fusion.
