Occasional touring funk band comprising of world champion Dee Jay squad the Rock and Roll Idiots and a strange Bavarian man who plays drums standing up.The Rock and Roll Idiots band is that classic story of potential wasted by laziness. 'Love is Lethal' should have been a major hit two summers ago (for the people who actually wrote it, Manc legend's Stazi). Then it should have been an even bigger hit last summer when it was set to be the feel good hit of the summer in the version you hear before you as you read. Next it was going to be a massive Christmas smash with the addition of jingle bells but none of this ever happened due to a mixture of hangovers, air miles and general incompetence.The idiots live experience too needs attention, 4 gigs into the live arena the show now lasts approximately 11 minutes and includes one original song... the idiots rarely play venues with a capacity of less than 1000 as the space in the crowd helps the acoustics of the room.One day soon the idiots will rise again, and finish the b-side, and have the summer hit all their hard work richly deserves... maybe not this year, or next but some-year... soon...
