My Interests

Art, photography, nature, yoga, gym, jogging with the aim of running ( I have a 12 mile and a 10K road race coming up) writing, music, costume design (theatrical and I make some of my own clothes, but I guess they can be classed as theatrical too) dancing anything vintage...........

Basically anything that someones soul has gone into creating and/or makes me dance like a fool. I have really eclectic tastes everything from old jazz to spoken word. These include: hip hop(hmmmmm) broken beat, soul,funk ,big band (I have vivid memories of singing with one, I kid you not, what other 2/3 year old knows all the words to every glen miller song when neither her parents or any family member, doesn't have a copy of the record in their house). I am a vinyl junkie.

Like Water for Chocolate, Angela Carter, Sam Beckett, Salinger.Focult. Lucille Irigargy. Books based on spirituality and different religions and their practices. Really into fairy tales and the construction of the roles with in it and whether this was to follow the status quo or give an alternative perpsective. Anything that either makes me think or lets me escape, if it can do both like magical realisim then I am a happy bunny.
