Music:

It does a body good!
POST-PUNK, 80'S, NEW WAVE, OLD WAVE, NO WAVE, DEATHROCK, PUNK ROCK, FUNK, INDIE, BRIT, ROCKABILLY, ROCK, GARAGE, SURF-GUITAR-GARAGE-PUNK, PUNKABILLY?, ELECTRO POP, EBM, NOISE, AVANTE GARDE, LOUNGE, TIKI, HUNGARIAN GYPSY MUSIC,ETC... 70'S, 50'S

H.O.S.(Hearts of Space), 4AD, FACTORY,Rhino, Fiction, Chrysalis, Interscope, MUTE, SING WHILE YOU MAY, ETC...

My older Brother who is 13 years my elder, was a DJ in the 80's. I was heavily influenced by him. He was good friends with a couple of successful local DJs named Robert Goodman and Jay Cumbie, ( You can check them out at:
I've been pushing their set lists since I started Myspace Dec2003/Jan2004.. I believe around the time I was a child dancing to these cool records, Robert was working at College Station / 17 South in Riverside/ Murray Hill & my Brother worked at Confetti's across from the Regency Square Mall -here in Jax,FL... he was the biggest: Prince, THe Cult, Bruce Lee and Star Wars freak I do believe. He had Apallonia, Vanity 6 and Prince posters from the floor, over the walls and across the ceiling.. that, along with his Fangoria Mags, Sci Fi Books, Buddha statues and several space ship models lying around.. yeah.. Aside from dancing to Elvis Presley records my Dad gave me to play on my 'Playmate' record player, I was dancing to Darling Nikki before I was 5. My Brother bought me the first Madonna album on 12" because I loved dancing so much.. I believe I was 4 or 5 in '83. Duran Duran - Cracks on the Pavement and Wildboys on a 7" are still sitting in my 7" collection.. . so - cool Brother who exposed me to cool music when I was a child...I even still have Prince 7" with Darling Nikki & Let's Go Crazy from Purple Rain...STILL.. THe first CE I ever owned.. my Brother bought for me... it was Bauhaus IN THE FLAT FIELD, then he and my Sister Mary proceeded to buy all the remaining Dead Can Dance tapes I didn't have - this was before the CD... The FIRST TAPE I bought was Dead Can Dance SPLEEN and IDEAL from The Theory SHop which was attatched to Einstein a Go Go - I was 14. the tape was $15.99.... I bought the first 3 Bauhaus tapes & a Tones on Tale tape when I was in the 10th grade from some guy named Blake who went to school with me for a short time... ahm.. The Cure the Cure the Cure... My Brother & I went to a more recent Cure show in S FL - we were passing out flyers for a show he was playing with a band who was opening for the Psychadelic Furs... The first Cure show I went to was 1992/1993 The Wish Tour ... The Cranes opened for them.. I was front & center... everyone hated her voice at the time and I LOVED it!!! Cute, hot & a bass player... she caught on... The largest portion of my record collection contains Bowie then the Stones & if only I had more money to spend in the past 10 years.. I'd have more cool music than I do... ANYHOO....

I like a variety of music...so much so that some may consider me confused.. but I don't give a damn.. if it's 'good' it will ALWAYS be 'good'.. no matter what time of day or what genre...(exception: well-I don't like listening to new Country or Female Opera Singers)...I used to have one of the longest lists that any non-DJ had...
if I mention it more than once.. I must really like it:

...and...
