About Me

After work I like being a guitarist and singer. Play bass and mandolin from time to time, too. I've been involved in several projects.

Acoustic Soul - I'm sideman in my wife's project - she can really, REALLY sing! It's at www.acousticsoul.us Stop in and hit the guestbook, and grab a couple tunes! (not for dialup, sorry) We do R&B and Blues in an acoustic / electric format, and gigged a lot in the Colorado mountains. We are now in Marin County CA.

Left of Center - a 70's and 80's rock band, as lead guitar and second voice. Miss you guys.

The Mustangs - country / rock, lead guitar - we do everything from Hank to Steeley Dan. GREAT musicians. Miss you guys, too!

Blues from the Top Gospel Choir - My wife performed. I had a supportive role in that project. www.grandblues.org . See my friend Pam Martinez's profile - she performed, as well.

Amplifier Hobbyist - I like to repair and restore older tube amps, and repair and modify new ones. I've done lots of mods on the Fender Blues Juniors.

Musically - It started with Stephen Stills and the guys in Buffalo Springfield. More recently, Johnny A (play the vid to the right !) Jimmy Thackery, Robben Ford, Keb Mo' and Bonnie Raitt, and always the Fender Musical Instruments Company

And on a more pedestrian level - Jonny Quest, for a true sense of adventure befitting the little kid in all of us.

Yeah - Global Warming is Real, but Wait !! There's More

Hope ya like the pic of the father's day fishing hole on the main page slide show. That's one of the last of the Colorado glaciers at the continental divide right between Boulder and Granby counties....
