About Me

[email protected]

The Hopper Ward;
A thing which started in the kitchens of Mick H and Jim A.

Infuenced by the classic songwriters of the 60's and 70's,
American folk, rocksteady, psychedelia and Yorkshire Tea.
It's fair to say this is not your average pop band!

Along came Jim Elliott adding the banjo and Stylophone.
With Jim "Robbo" Robertson on bass to form our live line-up.

We are now playing live, in a town near.....Err, us!

"A Brilliant blend of acoustic gold and lonesome melodies"
Doncaster Free Press

"Teeming with individualsim and creativity."

"The vocals melt and swoon, like the classic voices such as Johnny Cash"
Yorkshire Pick-Up

"TRIGGER"E.P OUT NOW!!

Also available at RHYTHM NATION RECORDS, Copley Road, Doncaster.
