Click to join Life_Is_Da_PitsWell my name is Tosha,I'm an American Pit Bull Terrier (APBT), and I'm really almost 3 years old. My momma saved me from a bad man when I was 4 months old. This bad man kept me in a little cage and NEVER fed me!!! I had sores all over my feet and stomach, my teeth were green, cause I never got any food, and I was starving, so I had to eat my own poop and pee if I wanted to live. I know, I know, gross right? Well if you were in a little cage for a couple of months with no food and water you just might do it too! Any way, how I met my Momma; She came over to this bad man's house and saw me in the little cage, she tried to pet me, but she was pretty disgusteed with how filthy and smelly I was, but she did try. I heard her ask the bad man if he would give me to her before I died, and he said,"For $400.00". She said, "$400.00 for that ugly, sick little dog, No way." Then she left. That made me very sad cause I really liked her she was nice to me. But a little while later she came back!!!! What was she doing, she had a leash and a collar, man I was getting really excited. She opened up the cage door and put the collar on my neck and took me outta that bad place forever!!!! When I got to where she took me I was kinda scared, I never been outside of that cage! But she gave me some food, I was so hungry I didn't even bother chewing it up. So after my momma fed me and gave me some water, she gave me what I now know is a bath. (I love baths!) After that I felt so good, I have never felt that good in my whole life. I love my Momma, she saved my life from the bad man. Now my momma is trying to save me and others like me from something called a BSL law, I don't really know too much about that, but what ever it is , it sure makes my momma mad!
