JASON "THOS" LAPLANT is an independent artist. He attended Webster University in St. Louis, Mo, where he studied jazz guitar. After two years of studying jazz, Jason moved on to other things. He began teaching guitar, and writing/recording his own music. He released an indpendent album, "Confessions of a Junebug," in 2001 under his stagename, THOS (pronounced like "ghost"). He then began giving acoustic performances, but soon returned to his electric guitar. The last band Jason recorded and performed with, BLOOD OF ME, can also be found on myspace. You can hear him playing metal guitar on their current Cd, "Gracefulness is Lost." Jason is now writing music for a new metal band, which will feature members of VAMPIRE MOOOSE (myspace, www.vampiremooose.com, www.rottenrecords.com).
