Since first touching the piano at some point in the mid-80's, pretty much my whole life has been about playing or writing music. After studying, touring, and working, I've ended up spending most of my time writing and producing. Having said that, I have recently got my love for gigging back and, among others, I'm touring as musical director with Norwegian artists Tone Damli Aaberge and Christel Alsos. In the last couple of years I've also been fortunate enough to play shows with Marit Larsen, Jim Stärk, Claudia Scott and Elvira Nikolaisen. As a writer, I work through EMI Music Publishing. In addition to writing Tone's two latest singles, "Fever" and "The Bliss Song", and a large portion of her two last albums, I also work with with a selection of writers in the UK, US and Canada.
Since moving into my own Studio In The Park in late 2007, I'm situated in a neighborhood of Embassies and a one minute walk from the Royal Gardens, and within ten minutes from everything Oslo has to offer.
As a producer I have worked with artists such as Maria Mena, Tone Damli Aaberge, Norwegian Idol and Kane Alexander (Sony BMG Australia), and as a keyboard player, programmer and engineeer I have worked on projects with, among others, Rachel Stevens, Gareth Gates, Clay Aiken, Lindsay Lohan, Michelle McManus, Amy Studt and Sheryl Crow. I am currently producing and recording Maria Mena's fourth album for SonyBMG Norway.
