The Beer Whisperer

Show that beer who's boss dammit!

About Me

There is only one way to deal with "problem beer," and that is the dominance method. Whether the beer in question is a lager, an ale or a hybrid beer, the only way to achieve the results you're looking for is to dominate the beer.
I am the Beer Whisperer, and I'm here to help you show that beer who's boss.
Beer is the oldest and most popular alcoholic beverage on the planet, dating all the way back to the 5th millennium B.C. That's older than writing itself... and older than Jesus, too! But that doesn't mean that you have to let beer walk all over you.
Know your beer, understand it, and dominate it!
It's that simple.
The first thing to understand when approaching problem beer is to recognize what it is. No matter what beer you have in your household, you can be sure that it has gone through a process of mashing, sparging, boiling, fermenting, and packaging.
Knowing your beer is the key to success.
Whether kegged, casked, bottled or canned, I can help. In most cases, difficult beer simply needs rules, boundaries and limitations. But your unique situation might need professional attention. That's where I come in.
Feel free to write to me about your experiences with difficult beer. I'll offer suggestions based on my extensive research and first-hand knowledge of beer.
I'm here to help. I am the Beer Whisperer.
