About Me

Plaat Voor Je Kop internet radio show is a show which is part of 3voor12 (www.3voor12.vpro.nl ) This site is all about alternative music. The music which doesn't get enough exposure on regular radio here in Holland. Last year the 3voor12 site had a staggering 4.500.000 unique visitors! The site hosts loads of shows for almost every genre outside the mainstream. The show is presented in Dutch but features punk/hardcore/metalcore and garagebands from all over the globe and you can listen to it through the internet so come check us out. Barbara Stok and Leen Steen take turns presenting the show. Every Friday afternoon from 13:00 hours (CET) till 14:00 a new show is presented live. About half an hour later the show comes online at www.vpro.nl/plaatvoorjekop where you can listen to it whenever you like and you can also listen to loads of our previous shows.
