Hola! Im originally from Mexico City. I spent more than half of my life living there. My family and I moved to Ga back on the summer of 99. At the beginning I really hated to move here, because I left a lot of my friends and my mom over there. Went to GACS (private chrisitian school) for 1 yr and a semester till I got kicked out from dressing different from everybody (really, what do you expect from a christian school). After that I got transfered to Grayson HS where I meet most of my good friends that are still part of my life. Also I regained my passion for shooting, editing, producing, and writting for the screen (video/film). After graduating from HS in 2002, i started attending to AIA (Art Institute of Atlanta) majoring in Digital Media Production, which is a career combining video, web design, animation (2D - 3D), and graphics. Trough the time in college, ive tend to focus more in editing, graphics and audio. Im currently working @ Georgia Teve as a editor. I edit the sports and around the view section in the news.
I love music, art, poetry, architecture, history, and almost everything that has something artistic and creativity into it. I used to go a lot of museums back in Mexico with my mom. I really havent done something like that in years and I really trully miss the feeling of going to a museum and looking at paintings, sculptures, and artifacts from different cultures around the world. Also im always up for going to a coffee shop to sit down and chat with someone till the night falls and the shop is ready to kick us out, lol.
My friends are one of the most important things to me, sometimes I get hurt from worrying way to much about them, but thats just the way I am. I believe that whatever you do right and wrong in your life will come back to you later in the future, it might sound silly and stupid, but is true. Lately ive been confirmed addicted to pizza, sushi and sweet tea (weird addiction I know).
Im also a dj who has been playing for the last 6 yrs. I started playing hard trance and eventually moved on into the whole progressive house/trance tunes. In the last year of two my style has changed a lot and my mind has been opened to various styles like electro, breaks, broken beats, ambient, and downtempo. Sadly school and work have been taking over most of my time, but after graduating from college this will most likely change and ill get more time on the decks.
Moving to a different country and living in a totally dif. culture has really shaped me up as a whole different person. It has toughen me some and showed me how life can really change you from one day to another. It has also thought me to appreciate everything that is around. To cherish every single moment with friends, family, and loved ones.
