Welcome to the "OFFICIAL" Teretta page on myspace. I had to make this page out of a need. A need to let the world know who I am and to stop people from stealing my pics and saying that they are me. I was born and raised in TEXAS and only recently relocated to Georgia to explore the modeling/acting opportunities there. I've only been modeling for about 3 years and wasn't sure I wanted to really pursue it full-time...but after a couple of photo shoots with D. BROWN I gained the confidence to keep grinding...and it is a grind because this business is grimey. I've had more than 1 person tell me that I would never make it unless I got implants... I'm not knocking those that do choose that path, I just have a much broader vision for myself. I've had photographers overtouch much my pictures so that I appear "lighter" than I actually am. So I had to set my standards when I decided to continue to pursue modeling. I'm always striving to combine sexiness with class in any print work I do. I work out hard and try to take care of myself because I want the person you see in the photograph to look like the person that shows up for the audition. Some say this may have slowed down the process of my being "discovered" but I can look at myself in the mirror everyday and my family and friends can look at the work I've done and be proud of it and me and that's all that matters to me at the end of the day. In the short time I've been modeling I've met some wonderful people and made some great friends and I hope to do the same thing here on myspace. D. Brown and I have a shoot coming up later this month (July) so be on the look out here and on my website for new pics. I'm also working on my first stage play "Am I My Brother's Keeper" so look for that this fall...we'll be on a 69 city tour. More info. to come on that.
