TAJ was born in Vallejo, Ca, with both father and mother being experienced musicians in church. This gave him the tools he needed to take the music industry head on.TAJ has made clear that his vision is to spread the gospel and to infiltrate areas where gospel music is not known to go. This lyrical preacher believes that passion is what people feel and he has enough to get the job done.At the age of four years old TAJ was a skilled drummer and, this path led him to be one out of many to stand up and speak to reach the masses. His ability to perform traditional and contemporary gospel music gives him the flexibility to minister to all groups. He has performed in many musicals and functions sharing the same stage with many great artists such as Trinity 5:7, Vanessa Bell Armstrong, Tramaine Hawkins and many others.
