Well, for anyone who knows me, you probably know me from the thrash band, Transgression. I played bass and did vocals for that band for around ten years. I played alot of places (some nice....some not so nice), but it was always a good time. I figure anytime you can get onstage and play music you created and at least one person enjoys it, thats pretty good stuff. Transgression made a couple albums in that time, toured the East Coast and I made a lot of friends during that time. That venture broke up in hmm, lets see......1998 or 99? I regret nothing about those times.I took some time off from music to work on a career, about six years, I guess. Now, Im back in the music scene. During those six years, I concentrated a bit more on my bass playing. While in Transgression, I held that thing in my hands for ten years, at the end of the decade, I knew nothing about it. I concentrated on the vocals primarily. Well, that had to change. Now, Id like to think maybe, I can call myself a bassist, or “an Uglyâ€, (some will get that). Now, Im starting to expand to different genres. A little jazz, a little funk, a little groove, you know......bass player stuff. But before you lose your head, Im still a METAL GUY. I still play with my Transgression brother, Ray, and we’re writing new material at a steady pace in a new project yet to be unleashed!
Other musicians. I love to talk and get together with people who create music, No matter your style WE seem to speak the same language. --------------------------- ------------------------------------------------------------ -----------------------------------"Youre the bass player, the bottom, you drive the band. When I was growing up, everyone said, "Oh, its just a second guitar player". Bullshit! Its an art man. Get a James Jamerson record. We should be proud to be bass players"Matt Freeman.
Evil, Satanic, and Horror pictures
God, where do you start when youve based your life around music. Hmm, it started with KISS. I literally listen to everything from hair metal to black metal when Im looking for that release. Jazz when Im looking to relax. I love to create my own music and have been fortunate enough to do that.
WATCH THIS MOVIE...THAT'LL KEEP YOU BUSY!Not much of a movie guy. Favorite movie, Smokey and the Bandit. I like older horror like The Exorcist, Dawn of the Dead and Salems Lot. Notice their all old. No one can seem to make a good horror film anymore, although, I did think the uncut version of "The Hills Have Eyes" and "Hostel" were pretty shocking considering the horror standards of today.

I dont read as much as I used to but, when I do read, its generally things about music, the occult, religion or human nature. Real life human behavior is far more interesting than fiction. I never really saw the use in reading fiction.
