Wynueco Washington was born in Columbus, Ohio on July 27, 1974 with music in his heart and soul. His mother a pianist and singer, and his father, a gospel music recording artist, are directly responsible for his music linage. Because of his mothers love for saxophonist Kenny G, she encouraged him to start playing the sax at age 13. By the time he graduated from high school, his proficiency on the instrument excelled, providing him an opportunity to obtain a music scholarship to attend Central State University in Wilberforce, Ohio. After college he decided to serve his country in the United States Army.
With music still in his heart and soul and Gods favor on his life, he was
selected to join the United States Army Sdier Show. The Soldier Show is an off
Broadway style variety show put on by Army Entertainment, traveling around the
world performing at various military installations. After his travels with the show
were complete he received orders to attend the US Armed Forces School of Music
at the Naval Amphibious Base Little Creek, Virginia Beach, Virginia.
In February of 2003, Wynueco deployed with US Army’s infamous
101st Airborne Division to Kuwait City, Kuwait in preparation for there participation
in Operation Iraqi Freedom. Later, in the northern city of Mosul, Iraq, during intense
battle, while trying to rescue Iraqi Citizens, Wynueco sustained a severe injury which required him to be relocated state side. After corrective surgery and a year of rehabilitation he was Honorable Discharge from the US Armed forces. After eight and a half years of distinguished service, Wynueco was finally able to pursue his appointed ministry full time. God was preparing him through these life experiences to minister through the anointed
word like sounds of his saxophone. Jeremiah 1:5"Before I formed you in the womb I knew you,
before you were born I set you apart; I appointed you as a prophet to the nations."
God has placed him on stages with some Gospel Music Greats. Artist in the likes of: Pastor John P.
