Sounds Like: Pop meets Club;)

RECENT NEWS:
Scarlet has recently joined forces with DJ Jan Wayne (Because the night, Total Eclipse of the heart, etc) as his new sidekick, and are making a great team. So far they have together released onto the club scene the massive floorfillers ’’ I TOUCH MYSELF’’ & ’’TIME STOOD STILL’’ and a new track is just nearing completion, due out MAY 2008. ’’2008 kicks off with a bang....’’

Scarlet has also started Co-writing and recording for DJ Gollum, which is turning out to be amazing and some great new tracks are coming soon.. watch this space;)

Empyre One have also collaborated with Scarlet on their new single - OUT SOON- all will be revealed shortly.

Scarlet has also written and vocalled two tracks for Maarten Vorwerk of Jekyll & Hyde!.. with more tracks planned.

End 2007-2008

Rednex boss Ranis Edenberg recently called Scarlet for a meeting about the FUTURE.. mmm wonder what hes going to ask.. smile.. stay tuned .. for more movements from the exciting and everchanging world of Scarlet.

PREVIOUSLY:

Scarlet has scored number 1 hits in Asia in 98/99 with ’’Dreamhouse’’, before becoming the voice of ’’Skipraiders’’ on the trance club hit ’’Another day’’released on Paul Oakenfolds label Perfecto in 2000, going top 40 in UK and topping many charts in Australia. Swiftly after the success of that she was signed to Firebrigade in Sweden in January 2001 as the voice of Rednex.

As the former singer of the Rednex, (yes you know cotton eye joe, wish you were here, bet you’ve all danced to those at least once in your life;) She spent 5 years touring and releasing with the hugely successful group until her recent departure.

Needing a change she returned to the dance scene where she is honoured to be currently working with some fabulous new producers and djs , Crystal Lake, Pavex and Sunny Inc as well as superstar djs like Jan Wayne, DJ Gollum & Jekyll & Hyde.

’’Its a lot different from my years in Rednex, but it still is fun and happy, emotive and full of power. Im so happy to see so many familiar faces here on my space and would love it if you come across my profile to just add me..we’ll get to know each other a bit better;)))
