A Life in Progress

About Me

Right now, first and foremost, I am a single mother. I have a 15-year-old daughter. I'm trying very hard to stay home and accessible to her while supporting us. I don't think this is a good stage of life for kids to have too much independent freedom. It's hard to make a living by selling on ebay, but so far I'm hanging on. I'm also completing my bachelor's degree (ha, 23 years later) so by the time my daughter leaves for college, I can have a "real" career. In the past I've worked for nonprofits doing communications, marketing, and development, and I will return to that field. But right now I feel the need to stay home for my daughter. So, if you would, please pass along my store links to anyone you think might be interested in my vintage goodies - www.beyond-the-garden.com and http://stores.ebay.com/dragonflyvintageclothing
