eEf fuel, partyguide (BE)Biography:BELGIUM ./ minimal, tek houseAs the son of a DJ it was no wonder eEf would eventually follow his fathers musical footsteps. The large collection of vinyls surrounding him at his home, would make this scorpio take a large interest in music, still at a very young age. A native of a small flemisch town called Londerzeel, eEf was first inspired by not only his dads stacks off rock music and the legendary house sounds of such dj pioneers as Ron Hardy, Frankie Knuckles, Lill’ Louis and so on. But even more by European producers such as Giorgio Moroder and the works of spanning electronic pop like Depeche Mode, Soft Cell, Kraftwerk and many others.Bitten by a virus called house-music, it was this eclectic upgroing that "blessed" him with a deep interest in to wide spectrum of all electronic genres: techno, drum'n'bass, old wave, electro,… U name it, the man will have it for breakfast, dinner and a late-night-snack. Still true to the house-essentials, no country or musical wall is wide enough to stop him from mixing and blending it all in to a long stretched musical journey. Eclectism is a word used more then 1 too many times, but in the case off eEf it’s more than appropriate : Multi colored, omni flavoured house music extra-ordinary... Ranging from italo to deep, from those breaking beats to tech and from the minimal to the maximal over electro. ...House music in the most broadest way.As the co-organiser for C_lexioin and FUEL, eEf stages numerous times at nearly every mayor Belgian club (Café d’Anvers, Cafe Capital, Club Geluk, Decadance, Mirano Continental, La Rocca, Café Local, H2O, Stereo Sushi,...), events such as Laundry Day - Antwerp (2002, '03, '04) or City Parade and well over our national boundries (Pacha Ibiza, Belgian Championships Snowboarding BIG AIR 2004 France, etc.) His sets are often picked up on radio by Switch (Stu Bru), XLAIR, BNN (3FM Nederlands).Next to being the administrator @ http://www.partyforum.be en performing his task off being the event-manager for http://www.partyguide.be , he holds a Fuel-residency @ Decadance where he monthly hosts the mainroom along with the PartyGuidecrew : FUEL stands for openminded, no-nonsense eclectic tunes stuck between house & techno. Inviting Pierre, Deg, CJ Bolland, Fabrice Lig, Joe Beltram, Shinedoe, ao. eEf work(ed)s on other PartyGuide-projects such as ‘Discover The Dj’ on Switch (Studio Brussel) and PG-radio on XLAIR, to name just a few.Next to this, 2 years ago eEf teamed up with El Tigro to jockey on 4 turntables, 2 mixers & samplers.
