Miss Yoka started when she was 6 with classical ballet. She danced in the showteam of Ijvi Hagelsteyn, the choreographer of "Samsonballet". She did dance in Koning Elizabethzaal in the "Samson&Gert-kerstshow". After this great experience she started with other dancegenres like aerobics, African dance, hip hop, funk, street dance, contemporary dance, belly dance, disco, swing, salsa, tango. With the company “Gembada” she performed a lot, like in “Koninklijk Circus”, in “Heizel” in Brussels and in Turkey! After a while she started to search for a dancegroup with more professional performances. Now she dances with singer/songwriter Deenah. They performed in dance clubs like Carré Willebroek and Kokoriko Zomergem.As a dancer she started with some photoshoots, just as a hobby. Now she has already a lot of pictures, but she is ambitious and wants always more and better photo’s.Because her brother, DJ Harryson, has al the equipment and a lot of music at home, she sometimes plays music, but with her other hobby’s and schoolwork, she doesn’t make enough time to learn to be good. But, it’s a dream now and maybe she will play more in the future.
