Mirco

Mirco's music experience begins at the age of 7, when his father tried to teach him his musical instruments, saxophone and clarinet. But the solfeggio was too boring, and his hands beated nonstop everywhere: it was time to take drums lessons. At the age of 9, Mirco began a ten-year folk dance career, with his father and other folk musicians, and also playing snare in the town band for many years. Then he changed his music genre: rock, blues, pop, jazz with many musicians. Later, it was time for funky. In 1994 he became the drummer of the Live Tropical Fish acid-jazz italian band (also vist MySpace members "Lurpak", "DocBix" and "Salvo") with many performances around Italy and Europe, an album (Shape your life - IRMA Records - 1997, featuring Jay Rodriguez) and a great Earth Wind & Fire support band in Bellinzona, Switzerland, 1998. Besides, after 5 years, LTF band has "come back" with new ideas, suggestions and a great passion for black music. In short LTF will record some tracks for a new album. That's all... at present
