My Interests

I'd like to meet:

Brenden Fing is a name synonymous with clubbers throughout Sydney as being one of the most talented and innovative young djs to emerge out of an ever competitive scene. Starting at the age of 20 when he knew that clubbing just wasnt enough to satisfy his musical appetite, Brenden pushed forward in his quest to know more and began applying his trade.

Initially inspired and influenced by the sounds of house music pioneers Derrick Carter, Bob Sinclar, and Mark Farina along with his favourite local djs illya and Matt Roberts amongst others, Brenden started his collection of the finest deep house available. Soon after this he discovered just how much much great music was on offer and his collection grew and became so diverse that his sets would include a variety of sounds ranging through house, breaks, funk, electro, and tech. With such a genuine knowledge and love for music Brenden was approached and employed by one of Sydneys premier record stores, onestop deejay, and was the buyer of their music for 2 years. This knowledge and hard work paid off for Brenden in no time as his talent was quickly recognised and within a year he was landing gigs at major events like the Future Music Festival, Climate Festival and some of Sydneys most established and biggest club nights such as Kink, Onelove, YU and Sounds on Sunday, of which now he is a regular fixture at all, holding down weekly or monthly residencies. This, hand in hand with interstate gigs in queensland and canberra, on an almost monthly basis, showed that people were standing up to take notice.

In Brendens 3 year career to date he has already totalled up an impressive tally of international supports which include: Steve Angello, Sebastien leger, Chris lake, Fedde Le Grande, Klaas, Tom Novy, Ferry Corsten, Felix da housecat, The Chemical Brothers, Sven Vath, Roger Sanchez, DJ Falcon, Erick Morillo, Tocadisco, David Guetta, Kaskade, Basement Jaxx, Soul Avengerz, Tom Neville, Stanton Warriors,Eric Laville, Plump Djs, Bob Sinclar, Lawnchair generals, Danny freakazoid, Armin Van Buurin and many more.

Most recently Brenden has started concentrating on bringing to Australia, the international dj's and producers that he feels are cutting it, KLAAS from Germany being his first tour, under the Floorgasm banner. Closely to be followed by more big names. Also, Brenden holds a weekly sunday night called 'ANY GIVEN SUNDAY' at ladylux nightclub, which hosts the cream of the crop of local dj's and international guests on a regular basis - all for free entry! Brenden's first remix of Don Diablo's "Who's your daddy"along side production partner RobKAY has been signed to Tinted records locally and looks set to do big things for this young aspiring DJ/producer.
