MUSIC ... Dancing to it, buying it, talking for hours to friends about it, mixing it, reading it, learning to make it. I can't get enough.I grew up with the sound of my Dad's punk band The Anti Nowhere League; also Kate Bush, Bowie, Psychedelic Furs, the Clash, Talking Heads, Fleetwood Mac, Pink Floyd, Iggy Pop, The Smiths, Marvin Gaye, B52s, The Cult, Madness ...Then when me and my twin sister were 8, my Mum and Stepdad's friends gave them mixtapes of early house and techno, and so my parents started going to raves around the M25 area ... house music was constantly playing in our home from then on! They are Club UK veterans and vintage Essential Mix hoarders. My parents love it so much, and their passion for it was seriously infectious!
Passionate music lovers and mischievous party people...... plus trainspotters, spoddy producers, seasoned worldwide-clubbers, scene veterans and scene virgins, afterpartiers, wrongans, randoms, smiley barstaff, friendly bouncers, cloakroom attendants who let you get stuff out of your bag in the middle of the party without charging you a fiver ... mainly I want to meet anyone who lives and breathes music!"WHAT SYNTHESIZER ARE YOU?"
You are a Yamaha DX-7 - You are the most popular FM synthesizer ever - Your digital BLEEPS and BLOOPS offer a different sound than analogs - You are a child of the 80's - You are hard to get along with unless people get familiar with you! - You were very revolutionary - You are mass produced - You are liked by many!

OMID, DES MASIELLO AND DEMI for taking me under their wing years ago and teaching me so much, and building up my resistance for partying! PAOLO for being a big inspiration for djing. MY DAD cos he's an ex-punk covered in tattoos from neck to knees and cos he punched Sting in the early 80s "for being a tosser" (anyone who can make that claim deserves maximum respect in my book). MY MUM & STEPDAD for giving me their old belt drive soundlabs when i first wanted to learn to mix (and for encouraging me in my financially crippling vinyl addiction) and for still coming clubbing with me even now they're over 40 ... THE TOOLROOM BOYS for being some of my best friends & for being wicked people to work with. My friend TOM ARNOTT for making working for HMV worthwhile, opening my ears and my mind, and CARL COX for being a legend at Ultimate Base when i was a mere slip of a thing and a brand new clubber!
