Groove Dis Exclusive! Another stunner from the mysterious RE-Edit man. A super soulful re-edit of LOVE UNLIMITED's "MOVE ME NO MOUNTAIN" on one side and a 60s soul rework of ANGIE STONE's "I WISH I DIDN'T MISS YOU ANYMORE" that's absolutely killer. The man just gets better and better. Awesome.

In Love Unlimiteds Move Me No Mountain a true gem has been unearthed and respectively edited for maximum DJ usage. Taken from the 1974 disco LP In Heat this is one of Barry White's backing bands finer solo moments as the subtle string section and delicate guitar riff ride a mid tempo groove. Flip for a funked up version of the Angie Stone end of night anthem Wish I Didnt Miss you where the vocal is interestingly put on the off beat which somehow works!

Love Unlimited's "Move Me No Mountain" is the second Barry White production to go under the RE-EDIT knife (as opposed to mere re-edit) and the sultry soul anthem is exquisitely sliced and extended for extra pleasure. The B-side has Angie Stone's "Wish I Didnt Miss You" remade without the O'Jays sample, matching the vocal to an exuberant 60s soul track for a completely new direction.
