reading, singing out of tune, drumming out of synch, eating food cooked only by me, staring at the cluster of nuts and leaves inexplicably left on my doorstep, play fights in the park, staring up, listening to my mind, looking, laughing (ha ha ha) and to heck with dollars, drinking, drinking, drinking life.
I'd like to meet:
artists all kinds, writers, painters, singers, people who play music or listen to music, anyone who laughs alot—especially in the face of sorrow, never too serious, dancers, jumpers, howlers and forces of nature, karaoke is your friend, ghost stories make your hair stand on end, you perform a miracle every time you draw breath and are itching to get out of town only 'cos it feels good to come back again, sleep in when you can, enjoy your food spicy or not, can match god raindrop for raindrop, no such thing as sin, you know what hurt is like and are glad for the knowledge, HEY!! let's go on a road trip, talk about clouds, play chess, checkers, backgammon, go, monopoly, scrabble, trivial pursuit and candyland for shots.
even though you get angry at stuff you never never ever actually hate anybody and you believe children should be heard and seen. whatever is fun is fun even if it's not your idea of fun. drinking is okay in excess and so is smiling. you read alot and watch goddamn funny cartoons.
p.s. due to spammers, people who know me personally or who strike up a conversation first are the only people i'll add as friends.
Music:
i like the ROCK and the ROLL...in the meantime everything is fair game, heavy on the wild jazz, punk rawk, hip hop and all those in-between places. MUSIC, baby, i love music. bands who are friends are bands i've heard and enjoyed.
Movies:
my favorite movies are those that tell a good story and use creative cinematography. i also really enjoy documentaries. after that it's kung fu, asian horror (which are super creepy), apocalypse movies (asteroids, crazy weather, nuclear aftermath with mutants, whatever) and zombies. in that order.
Television:
i would pay for cable for the sole purpose of watching adult swim. but then i'd start watching other channels while waiting for adult swim, which would transform me into a giant octopus with laser beam eyes and pulsing veins all over my huge floppy head. i would disguise myself by wearing a white trenchcoat with lots of buttons all over it, red sunglasses and a chef hat. you'd know it was me though, because i'd be crushing your neighborhood under my tentacles yelling "where my bitches at!?!?"
this is why i try not to watch tv.
