I like to be active so i enjoy swimming, walking, gym, and yoga and dance. I especially enjoy bellydancing and my friend and i are starting to perform in public. I like to travel and meet new people. Although i don't have much time for it at the moment, final year course work is impinging on my freedom but it won't be long now! During the summer i like BBQ's that go on into the night and in the winter i like snuggling up by open fires in little old pubs.
I am great at socialising and get on with almost anybody so i'd like to meet people who are interesting and enjoy life! I hate users, abusers and any other snotty nosed up their own arse types who look down on real people!
NIN, Iron Maiden, Depeche Mode, The Cure, David Bowie, Metallica, System of a Down, Red Hot Chilli Peppers, Foo Fighters, Bauhaus, Siouxsie and the Banshees, The Mission, Sisters of Mercy, Judas Priest, Led Zeppelin, Motorhead, Shakira, Nina Simone, Sting and the Police, White Snake,Kate Bush. My friend and are Chavs from the dark side and sometimes we find ourselves listening to Justin Timberlake, Princess Superstar and all kinds of cheesy rubbish but having fab time bouncing away.
basically i will watch most things as long as the ending isn't horrible and sad, hence me paying someone else to take my children to see Charlotte's web. i thoroughly enjoyed the number 23 (mainly due to the very good sex scenes), Blades of Glory was fab, Hot Fuzz (saw it 3 times in the cinema), Flash Gordon (one of my childhood favourites and now i know why), Dogma, Good Will Hunting, Leon, Thank You For Smoking, Wedding Crashers, Cry Baby, Dirty Dancing, Fuzz Bucket, Innerspace, most of the Mel Brooks movies, Dead Poets Society, Train Spotting, Scary Movie 1 and 2 only! Alpha Dog was depressing but Justin Timberlake almost makes up fot it!
I am occasionally drawn towards the soaps, it feels quite therapeutic sometimes! Especially Neighbours because I remember coming home from school just in time to watch it, I watch ITV1 10 o’clock news when I want to have a laugh, I mostly watch Channel 4 if I have to watch anything. Although in recent times i've become addicted to Holby City, it's probably because i use to watch ER but i think it's on so late now and i can't be bothered to stay up to watch it on a monday!
I'll read most things that aren't academic text books although i am developing an interest in feminist writings especially women's perspective of mental health, domestic violence and general oppression of women in society.
No such thing! We're all great as long as we're doing ourselves justice! Not that i think i am half the time
