I'm Cara, and have been learning Belly Dance all my life,
thanks to my Mum and Aunt.
I am British, with Algerian and Spanish family roots.
Just over seven years ago I decided to study the dance form as much as
I could, and I really haven't looked back since. Developing my knowledge in Egyptian Raqs Sharqi, Beledi dances of various M.E Countries - Persian dance (Including Miniature Ballet and Sufi), Turkish Popular Cabaret and Folkloric, Khaleegi, and American styles.
With a passion for every style of Oriental Dance,
I love to teach and share my knowledge and experiences.
I enjoy knowing that you can never learn enough with dance
- and that everyone has their own style.
I have been taught and inspired by many amazing teachers, including Hossam and Serena Ramzy, Karine Butchart, Jacqui Jamal, Jillina, Rachel Brice, and Charareh Pourzand among others.
