Hi there... I also Wanted to let anyone know who has been curious about Jennifer Mae...The real Jen Mae me.... I am an apartment manager... I run a 47 unit building in California. In addition, I go to school full time in both the mornings and the evenings.. I was an Interior Designer for a few years as well as I have ventured into a clothing line, handbags, jewelry and anything creative I can teach myself. I am very inovative and always try and find a way to make things happen. I am a big believer in believing in what seems impossible and unatainable. My dad sent me his first email ever, on his first computer ever recently and it said..........."There is no use trying", said Allice, "One can't believe impossible things." "I dare say you haven't had much practice" said the Queen, "When I was your age, I always did it for half an hour a day. Why sometimes I've believed as many as six impossible things before breakfast." ...................... I believe anything is possible. So, I am extremely active in life. I trained boxing, at Wild Card Boxing club on Vine street. I trained 2 1/2 hours a day 7 days a week.. This was a serious gym, where there is no room to look good. You just work hard. I have fought hard my whole life like many people to be the best, most loving, kind, generous soul I can be. I am filled with compassion for everyone. I recently have been learning to slack line. Slack lining is like walking the tight rope. You have to constantly stay in the moment. Focus on your breathing and quiet the mind. The most import thing I get form doing it is I fall alot. I take a few steps and I fall. Sometimes I fall more than steps I take, but the miricle is, I continually get back up.... I learn how to be ok with falling in all areas of my life. I also do yoga at least 3 times a week. Yoga isn't about learning to balance on one leg. What my teacher Ally says, " If you came in here to learn how to balance on one leg, get the hell out of my class. Take your yoga mat and leave. I don't know how to teach that! What I can teach is learning how to stay calm in an uncomfortable situation. How to remain calm when things come up in the real world that are unexpected or difficult." I go to Ally, because she reminds me that life is in session and she is my teacher as to how to remain loving and kind out in the world. I play beach volleyball every Saturday for 2 1/2 years now. I get there early and I stay till the bitter end. I have to admit I'm no pro and the group I play with go to have fun... we welcome anyone. I hike all the time.. It is extrememly meditative for me. I like to be outside in nature so with exception of yoga my excercise is outdoor activity. I love to rollerskate. Yes, rollerskate not blade. At one point, I had a hard time letting go in my life so I jumped in the car with my girlfriend Jen and we jumped out of a plane. Let me tell you, jumping out of a plane is all about letting go, diving into the unknown and trust. ............................ much love jen mae ------------------------------------------------------------
