About Me

This unique family groups' focus is songs in the Rock and Blues genres, playing covers of songs by such legends as Eric Clapton, Jimi Hendrix, Stevie Ray Vaughn, B.B. King and many more. The J's play live at nightclubs usually once or twice a month and have recently released their 3rd CD "III Blue J's - Rock Your Blues Away" on sale in record stores, on their website and through CDBABY. The CD hit the top sellers list on CDBABY and stayed in the top list for more than three weeks. Their 4th CD, "III BLUE J'S LIVE" is due out in February or March of 2007. They are frequently invited to perform at musical showcases and fairs and do so when time permits. The group enjoys re-working classic songs and giving them a distinctive Blue J's rock/blues sound; as examples Elton John's version of 'Chapel of Love' and John Fogerty's 'Good Golly Moss Molly'. Both songs are on the III BLUE J'S LIVE CD.
