"That Chick" was recorded the week after my second visit on KROC radio station. Russ the DJ (The Fleshlords and Circle of Souls) played guitar on it, with the Coolguy (see top friends below) playing bass, and Rich the drummer playing percussions. "Cruisin With The Guys" was recorded using my friend's professional band. His name is Marcellus Floyd, and he produced it and played guitar on it. Marcellus is a most talented musician who played over twenty instruments, and who played in James Brown's band for many years. He also played for such greats as Michael Jackson and Madonna, and played in Marvin Gaye's band for eight years where he played guitar on Marvin's 1 hit "What's Going On." Marcellus also played lead, rythem, and bass guitar on "Cruisin' With The Guys 2," giving it that funky-rock sound, and was the instrumentalist on the demo "Come With Us." "Cold Rain" was recorded and completed last year in Cape Studios (see top friends below). The instrumentalist was producer and sound engineer Miguel Gomes (who also plays many instruments), and who also did a lot of awesome mastering and video work for me in the past year and a half. I also wrote many songs in the Modern Rock style. Having sung such classics as Purple Haze, Freebird, and Brown Sugar in different bands, I also took private vocal lessons from eight different voice teachers in and out of college, and have sang quite a few solos during various performances. I've taken acting lessons and have been in performance groups in and out of school, and have graced many plays and musicals in high school and college as well as being a professional speaker. I've been in more church choirs than I can remember and I sang with the Cape Harmonaires for four years; a group in the Barbershop Society doing quartet and group songs. I've done some Elvis impersonating in the past which included a black jumpsuit covered with gold rhinestone, a big ornate belt, and a bold cape for flying. I flew! And I fly every time someone brings up Elvis to me. And it happens on a daily basis. My friends call me Elvis today. It's a blessing. Rock's a blessing. SO KEEP ROCKIN! I want more than anything to record some new original Rock music, tour, and make it in the business. Good luck to me!
Remember: live music is best. And having seen over fifty concerts, I'm confident that I've rocked them all!
PEACE...in a nutshell.
