I sometimes enjoy shooting a crappy game of pool in the air conditioning at our favorite little place in Bethesda on hot summer saturdays with my wife and friends and some times just heading out on a whim, not knowing where we are going to be in an hour and some times on cold winter days going wandering for hours in the National Gallery just lost deep in thought and awe that they would let someone like me even near all those original pieces of art.
When times get tough I also make a point to go down and walk past the White House and remind myself what a historical city I do live in now.
I also like listening to live music, celtic, blues and rock the most but I also like reading, daydreaming, my art work,photography- people, events, trains, fire trucks and anything else that comes to mind,Nascar-Carl Edwards and Dale & Jimmie Johnson, railroading and aircraft, military history
..writing & poetry, watching people and crazy things around the city, roadtrips, visiting and entertaining with friends,a good cigar, The Nationals and the Redskins (Yes I know they sort of suck, but the bright side is it's sort of like Christmas when they do win!)and I really like Bettie Page

My friends who are already on here and just about anyone else who would like to be friends, I like meeting people from all over. Life goes by fast, it's best to enjoy it and share it with those you like being around. I'm not too much into meeting famous people but I wouldn't turn down a dinner and a dark late night beach walk with Sushmita Sen

Hang out in the desert with Louie L'Amoure but most of all I'd love to spend a evening campfire in the African wilds listening to tales from Peter Hathaway Capstick
Anything and everything from clasical to New Age to Country to World and Bollywood hits to hardcore punk to Celtic to Rockabilly to Swing and anything else that comes to mind or I just like. I treat music like food, who wants to eat the same thing every meal?
On my I tunes you'll see everything from bach to Altan to the Rolling Stones to Chris Leduex to Tobymac to Anu Malik and the Dropkick Murphys all mixed together and even more bizzaar mixes...
