In an alternative music scene dominated by style-over-substance monotone indie rock, Silent Alliance stand out as one of the few bands that can truly claim to be a unique proposition. Silent Alliance have created an intelligent, guitar-driven pop sound that combines both the euphoric and hugely danceable with the reflective and melancholic. It's a sound inspired by some of the greatest pioneers of pop music - New Order, The Smiths, Depeche Mode - each given an explosive, adrenaline-fuelled kick onto the dancefloor.
Having made their live debut in 2006, Silent Alliance have quickly risen through the local ranks and can now be found gracing the bill at some of London's most highly-thought-of alternative night spots. Guaranteed to rouse audiences wherever they go, the band's energy, enthusiasm and musical ingenuity surely make them destined for big things.
