Brydge Entertainment is one of the worlds newest premiere entertainment companies manageing and developing vocalist (artist), producers, models, actors/actresses, and fashion stylist... Brydge Entertainment was born in the Fall of 2004 by Shaun Wright-Verdun in New York City... Brydge started out only being a fashion show production company, but Shaun realized that he had a passion for artist management also so decided that he would add that to the many things that Brydge Entertainment already was doing. Brydge Entertainment has one artist on its roster now "Young Future" Hip Hop artist/producer. Brdyge is also developing many up and coming models and actors also. Shaun Wright-Verdun is no stranger to the entertainment industry. His mother Kymberli Wright is a accomplished musician in her own right. She's the lead singer of the grammy winning jazz group "Straight Ahead" and also is a successful R&B solo artist. He is also a actor who has been involved in more than a dozen movie, television and commercial projects. Growing up as a "industry child" he knew that he wanted to do something in the entertainment field. Having got a degree in business management he thought that music management would only be right with his strong management backgroud. His mother also believed he could do this so she entrusted him to setting up a meeting with some people she wanted to be involved with professionaly.
Back in 2002 Shaun's mother was interested in getting herself involved in doing vocals in the house music genre. She knew that he had many contacts with house producers and artist because of his history in doing club events and promotions in Chicago. So Shaun went out and made a homemade press kit of his mothers work including a cd and dvd compilation of her pass work. He set up four meetings with his contacts, and by the end of the day of the meetings he had offers from all four contacts. This really impressed his mother and she suggessted that he pursue artist management, and thats how Brydge Entertainment was conceived. Shaun started Brydge Entertainment in NYC but is currently based in Washington DC while finishing his Masters degree at the prestigious Howard University. Shaun met his hip hop artist Young Future in the spring of 2006 by chance. Young Future inquired with Shaun about Brydge Entertainment while looking for proper management. Young Future, Shaun and Brydge Enetrtainment after a few month courtship decided to make it legal and work together professionally. Shaun has assemble a dedicated small team to make Brydge Entertainment a success. With his great, loyal and hardworking team backing him theres nothing that Brydge Entertaiment cant and wont do. Brydge Entertainment in 10 years will be a major force in the entertainment industry branching off into motion pictures and becoming a major recording label. Theres nothing stopping us from being successful. With hardwork, determination and prayer Brydge Entertainment will be around for the years to come...
