Band Members: Blaise B.To start, I am half of the dynamic hip hop duo that is Pro-Black and Blaise B. (Formerly known as Ill Commission/The Foundation). This is where it all started. Since then, I became a member of two camps based in Chicago Illinois. The first of which is Skyline Entertainment (A-TEAM). Members include Dodge, Fireboy, Pro-Black, MA2T, Half Past, 321, Livewire, P-Lila (NoFinaPrintz), C-Phillips, Black Jeez, and Bino. The second is L.I.S.T.E.N Entertainment comprised of 8th Letter, Blaque Rose, Strizz Kidd, Ill Gordon, Resa E., and myself. I am the founding member a hip hop band project based in Peoria called Dirty Crew (See us at house parties and local venues) comprised of Werd2Jah (raggae), Dave Easy (Guitar), Mellow (Percussion), DJ Rama (Production/Emcee/Keys), and DJ Attack. Several other members of the DC family contribute in different ways than music, they are crew too.Big ups to the whole Gotta E.A.T. family (wattup Merk, Dat Bizness, Laydie Rich, Strilla Da God, Breakbeat Beast!) Lupe, Gemeni, Ghost Mob, Ya B, Nap Nat, Add 2, Bullet, Binary Star, Juanny Socrates, Chicago Embassy, Typical Cats, Vast Aire, YM, Emerald (poet), DJ Pogo, DJ Trilogy, Vader and EB, Ace Mac and everyone everywhere who's hard working and dedicated to the music.
Influences: If it's dope to me, that's all that counts in my book. Contrary to popular belief, there's MANY ways to be a dope artist. Whether you are categorized as underground, commercial, pop, experimental or whatever. It's all music to me...there's a tune for every mood and we all have our favorites... Blaise1
