Hello my name is Massimo and I'm a chef. I am a native Italian. I recieved my Culinary credentials in 1996 in the city of Casargo, Italy. I've worked in: Hotel Palace, Varese Italy... Hotel Metropole,Bellagio, Italy...Via Veneto Restaurant,Munich, Germany... Tiramesu' Restaurant in Miami Beach,Florida... and Prima Ristorante in Walnut Creek,California. I love cooking for family and friends. Food and Wine is my passion, my life ever since I was a little kid helping my grandma Carla making ravioli during the holidays. I like to throw parties and see people happy. That's my goal, for people get up from the table, full and satisfied. Nothing makes me more happy than to see a custumer praising you, telling you how good their meal was and congratulate with you, this makes me proud of what I do and how hard I work, it is a good feeling.
