Q: Where did you grow up? A: I grew up in cleveland ohio the heart of it all. Q: What made you realize that music was your path? A: Wow....well lets say very early ...maybe 87 88 I started to call myself an mc,you know... break dancing,beatbox,battling and all and later on I realized that I would rather produce music and be on the other side of the music career,handing business behind the scenes.Being an artist is a difficult task.Not to knock their craft but for me the music creation and the business end is where my talent is. Q: How would you describe the music that you typically create? A: I would say my music has a cinematic feel.It tells a story..I cant really say it belongs in just one genre.I like to explore with many different ideas... not to say that I cant create that one particular sound that someone's looking for. Q: Who are your biggest musical influences? A: Timberland,Brian Mcknight,Kanye West,and Robert Diggs,just to name a few. Q: What makes your music unique? A: My music isnt influenced by the current trend.My style is uncompromised,I do what I feel sounds good and if you feel it,thats great,if not maybe you should..(laughs) seriously , I create music from my heart. Q: Has there been one particular moment in your musical career that you're most proud of? A: well...to be honest with you I was facinated with the prospect of Aesha asking me to do a track for her being that I was pretty much only doing rap at that period of time.She opened me up to other ideas and actually inspired me to try my hand in different genres of music. That was a highlight for me. Q: What's next for you? A: Right now Im aiming towards producing music for film and television( I've recently signed a production deal ).Im also in the process of establishing my own publishing company (Producer Six Publishing) and plan to continue working on music for Aesha Blue's albulm.
