DiVERSE Da PRODUCER
Brooklyn, New York, October, 14, 2007 - A featured producer in Femmixx.com's Lady Beat Makers: Vol. 1, a groundbreaking documentary chronicling the lives of female music producers, Diverse is a testament that lady beat makers are alive and well. One of New York's favorite female producers, she has done it again by winning her third beat battle at Beauty & The Beat in Washington. Having battled both men and women the consensus is the same. Diverse is about to change the game as a prominent music producer with legends such as Rakim and hip hop producer 88 Keyz taking notice of her talents.
Originally from Panama, Colon, Diverse is what the names implies an eclectic music maker who infuses hip hop, Latin, R & B, soul and whatever moves her to create unforgettable tracks that make the head nod. At the tender age of five Diverse was already mimicking music heard on the radio and located the notes on the piano.
Currently working with anonymous major artist and up-coming artist who are about to change the game tremendously. Diverse is steady on her grind, along side Halo Productions with 88-Keyz. There's no doubt that this curator puts in work. She's used to long nights - creating beats with her Yamaha Motif keyboard, MPC 2500, Protocols, Reason and what ever programs she can get her hands on.
"At age seven my father's late best friend Frankie Murray bought me my first keyboard the Casio SK 5. I started creating my own music," she reveals. By age fourteen, Diverse knew that she had God given gifts and began taking her talent seriously and started recording her beats.
The music game has been starving for new energy and Diverse is the missing link. Femmixx.com started over three years ago with a mission in mind to show that ladies got skills. Knowing that this young lady can rival the boy beat makers the streets will be watching.

My Favorite Quote By Me..."Every body in the industry or any profession, who have reached to the top went through hard times before reaching to that top level. When it's hot, everybody wants to be a part of it and be by your side, when its not hot or you are going through hard times, people who are not true at your corner bounce or lay low until you come up again"never give up! keep going!
