In 2001 I started teaching myself the guitar and studying for a degree. After 3 years of balancing university and motherhood, I started writing my own material and wrote my first song. I found it at a time in my life when i needed it the most.
In 2005 after writing a few more songs, I dropped out university to give myself more time to concentrate on music, realising this was what I wanted to do with my life. So here i am...
For the last two years Ive been learning programming and production using Reason and Ableton and experimenting with the electronic side of music. The first track I did was 'Horizon' in 2006. I have alot of new tracks on the way, some with more of a mixture of acoustic and electronica together.
Also, look out for 'This is it' feat MC Twisted from Big Big Sound who will also be playing turntables for live shows. I 'm busy organising a band for performing live....
On my player, theres a remix of Horizon by The Prisoners of Technology (P.O.T) who have remixed the likes of The Beastie Boys and Wu- Tang Clan.
