There is alot of interesting stuff out there right now. My favorite programs are those where you can actually learn something...Although shows that help you "escape" for awhile are great too.Dirty Jobs, Planet Earth, Mythbusters, Cities of the Underworld, Deep Sea Detectives, How It's Made, are Mega Movers are a few of the real good informational/entertaining type shows on right now.Of couse the Law & Order, and C.S.I. franchizes are great too, as are The Shield and Rescue Me.Than there is always The Ultimate Fighter, and The Contender,and to a lesser degree the new show Ninja Warrior is fun to watch.Sometimes, I like to watch the "mature" cartoons with my son and nephew. Family Guy, American Dad, Aqua Teen Hunger Force, South Park, and The Simpsons...There are always people who say "I don't watch T.V.". To that I say "BULL!". Everyone watches T.V. It could be a Yankees Game, Fox News, or Friday Night Fights. But it has become part of our culture, and is perfect for letting you relax after that day at work, after a workout, or on a rainy day.

Books:

I am a big believer in the power of reading whatever your media; books, newspapers, magazines, or simply something off the internet. You will gain some sort of knowledge, and as the old saying goes "Knowledge is Power!"
