Step Two: Take Action!

About Me

Metamorphosis. An interesting word. I think of the caterpillar becoming a butterfly. I think of the person I am becoming. Life is a process and I am still becoming someone, but who I will end up as... only God knows that. In the meantime, I know that I am a very diverse person who has travelled and lived all over the world. As such, I am very open minded. I do not have all the answers, and I know that. If you are my friend, please know that I will never knowingly insult you or put you down. Life is too short for that.

My Interests

Theater, drawing, synthesizer, travel, singing, Asia, Japan, China, The Philippines, web design, filmmaking, directing, producing, acting, costume design, being a playwright, goth, vampires, haiku, senryu, haibun, origami

Music:

I am very diverse in my musical tastes. I have travelled the world and that is reflected in my appreciation of music.

Movies:

My friend Thomas McKenney, also known as The Man in the Hat, is a Director of Photography, and I invite you to look at his latest project: Vermin of Abakazoo on his website Reel page:

For the record, I am his Webmaster.

As for movies, some of my favorites are: Terminator 2, True Lies, Speed, StarShip Troopers, Pan's Labyrinth, Babel, Dances With Wolves, Aliens, Memoirs of a Geisha, 50 First Dates, School of Rock, Forrest Gump and Monty Python and the Holy Grail.

Television:

Mostly I do news, but I enjoyed: Dark Angel, Buffy, Six Feet Under, Sports Night, The West Wing, and I was just getting into The Black Donnellys, but it appears they've pulled it on me.

Books:

I'll admit I'm a King James Version fan. Rick Warren's book "Purpose Driven Life" is recommended, and the "Left Behind" series is also notable.

Heroes:

The Apostle Paul.
