ZOEgirl was a Christian pop rock band made up of Chrissy Conway-Katina, Alisa Childers and Kristin Swinford-Schweain. Their first studio album (self-titled debut ZOEgirl) was released in 2000, which includes four top-five radio hits. In 2002, ZOEgirl received a GMA Dove Award for New Artist of the Year. Before announcing that the band members would each go their separate ways after their farewell tour in September 2006, ZOEgirl released three more albums and one extended play disc. On September 2006 via their ZOEgirl fan club site, the group announced that they would quit recording music as a group so that members could tend to their personal objectives: Chrissy Conway had a baby and is currently writing and recording for a solo album titled Beautiful Redemption.. Alisa Childers has released a solo album titled Alisa Childers on December 1st, 2007. Kristin Swinford-Schweain gave birth to a baby on February 13th, 2007. She is currently recording songs for her upcoming album "Days of Eden".
