As an alternative to Jazz standards, Loungecore take popular songs right back from the 70’s through to current hits and re-harmonise, re-arrange and re-invent the classics.
After their first gig, the band became an instant hit and have since continued to play private party’s and local Jazz nights.
The Jazz cover sets include songs from The Who, the Sex Pistols, Pink Floyd, Nirvana, Gloria Gaynor, Madonna, the Dead Kennedy’s, Green Day, Blondie, Iggy Pop, Muse, the Eurythmics and of course not forgetting the Beatles. With notice, the band will even play a Loungecore version of your favourite song.
