About Me

David Byers was a founding member of the early six-piece line-up of Simply Saucer BEFORE that group recorded Cyborgs Revisited (1972 -73).He, along with Ed O'Neill , recorded two CDs (1991's A Little Bit of Semi Heaven & 1993's Longet ) (and one 45, 1995's, Claudine) both of which are revered in international underground music circles.Longet is being made available to the public through ..http://www.sonicunyon.com/Sonic Unyon in January '08. A compilation of early recordings/remixes/rarities along with a CD of new material is being prepared for release later in the new year. The Shangs are rising from the deep...There is nothing in the world that sounds quite like them.
