About Me

Dj Ducats (pronounced duck-its; as in money) has been spinning for over a decade now. A 2006 Stylus Awards Nominee*, Dj Ducats grew up on the golden era rap and continues to bleed that knowledge and significant period in hip-hop through his sharp dj'ing skillz. His current show, "Peaceful Journey", has been on air in Ottawa for 10 years now and is the first and only rap radio show in Ottawa to move from late nights to prime time positioning.
Never a dull moment, the Journey continues to air live each and every Friday on CKCU 93.1 FM (www.ckcufm.com) the most current jointz to hit the streets and often many interviews with both local and international artists/groups.
