Tennis, Golf, reading, writing poetry, Billiards, you know, stuff. And watching films - ranging from Kurosawa to Lucas, to Coppola to Brooks, and both Scott brothers. Those that do not know these names need not apply. Just kidding.
People, right, that's the correct answer, no? Man, I'm not good under pressure...
I'd like to meet women, and, you know, cool people. People that I can really connect with. And, as far as women are concerned, if you're the lucky lady that fits the bill, the line starts here. You know who you are.

I love Thirteen Senses, Madonna, Garbage, Movie soundtracks, Tom Petty, Lifehouse,Depeche Mode, U2, The VLA, I Nine, and a whole lot of other music...
Top Gun
I love Top Gun. Don't know why. Something about wingmen, fighter jets, and them singing "You've Lost That Loving Feeling". Plus, Tom Cruise is cool even when he's crazy.
FILMS YOU HAVE TO SEE THIS YEAR:
Atonement
A story about love, sacrifice, and the enduring faith in seeking forgiveness and absolution, this film is a must see. Although it was from last year, it's still in the theaters because of Oscar buzz, and if you catch it, I'm sure you'll see what I'm Talking about. Performances from Knightly and MacAvoy is just brilliant.
THINGS I'VE SEEN RECENTLY AT THE THEATRES:
Jumper
Story about people with the ability to teleport, and the band of people that are out to get them. Hayden Christiansen did all right, and Sam Jackson was cool as usual. Expect a lot of exposition, but I'm sure the 2nd one will be even more kickass...
Rambo
Stallone returns as the iconic hero, who has spent the last 15 years in exile, but is drawn back into the fray when he must lead a band of mercenaries to rescue Christian missionaries that have been captured by a Burmese General. Lots of blood and action, this film closes the final chapters and begins the healing process for John Rambo, who in the midst of explosions and gunfire, finds a way back to his own humanity.
Cloverfield
A monster movie seen through the lense of a camcorder, this one will be spoofed and ripped off for years to come. Finally, we have our own American "Godzilla." The action can be jarring and nauseating (so don't sit in the very front), but man, is it an interesting ride to be on.
THINGS I'VE SEEN RECENTLY ON DVD AND OR CABLE:
Black Book
Director Paul Verhoeven's film about a woman who unwittingly becomes entangled with the Danish Resistance Movement and the Nazi Party during the last year of WWII. Brilliant performances, and art direction that takes you right into the past. Verhoeven blends fiction, history and suspense in a very tight film that, if you don't mind subtitles, should not be missed.
Code Name: The Cleaner
Not a bad film if you just want to throw your brain into the wind and not overthink anything. Cedric the Entertainer plays a man who has amnesia and is trying to piece together why people are after him -- is he a spy, is he a blue collar worker, or is he something else entirely. great to have in the background if you've got the cable on.
Deja Vu
A pretty trippy film starring Denzel Washington as an ATF agent who attempts to stop the murder of a young woman and a subsequent terrorist attack on a boat in New Orleans, which she may be connected to. The sci-fi plot and narrative is new ground for Tony Scott, but other than its complete rip-off of other time-travel movies it's been based on, this thriller still entertains, and if you catch it on cable like I did, it's worth a look.
Old Boy
Another cool film about a man locked away for 15 years, and then is suddenly released, but only having 5 days to figure out who locked him up and why. Artsy as well as being pretty violent, this is no typical action film, nor is it a typical mystery -- you'll be shocked to the very end. Recommend for a guy's night in or with a Indie crowd.
Downfall
This docu-drama tells the story of the last days of Hitler and the 3rd Reich while he is surrounded and in his Bunker in Berlin. As told through the accounts by his secretary, Traudl Junge, this film adaptation explores what went through Hitler's mind in the last days of a wanning war, with the Russians practially knocking down their doors. Great acting by some of Germany's finest, this film is a must see for history buffs and drama enthusiasts alike.
