About Me

I'm low maintenance. I am not neurotypical. I'm a momma bear. There are two types of music: good and bad. I can hardly ever hear myself think. I'm a Polish Irish American, raised in the Detroit suburb of Wyandotte. I'm growing and changing and learning every day. My first love is science. Never in my life have I purchased a lottery ticket, and I'm not likely to either. There is a rational explanation for 99.9% of things. My shoes need to feel good. I'm a happy Catholic. I have respect toward all religious traditions... with the exception of Scientology. I know a bit about everything, and I've mastered nothing yet.

I'm a wife, egghead, wise-acre, and critic. I'm happy. I'm okay. I hate entropy. I think too much. I write stuff. I grind my teeth at night. I'm in my prime. I'm reasonably pretty. I have ginormous flippers. I'm an open book, so just ask. You might roll your eyes at the answer, but you'll get the unvarnished dope.

In no particular order: Asperger syndrome, Gifted education, reading, listening to music, painting, gardening, cooking, sewing, political blogs, online news, Scrabble, SCIENCE! my hubby, home improvement, amateurish digital photography, and a whole lot of other things. Blogging, yup I do that too.
